It is a delightful little villa completely clad in wood and immersed in the green Treviso countryside, just two kilometres from Treviso's 16th-century walls and 800 metres from Ponzano Veneto. It is a whole house with a colourful feel, given the interior cladding and the choice of furniture. Outside there is over 5000 m2 of lawn and fruit trees, tables and chairs for summer relaxation, and plenty of indoor and outdoor parking. Bus and supermarkets nearby. Also ideal for long stays or work.
Two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette and bathroom with the possibility of parking cars and bikes. Furnished outdoor terrace. Access to the large park in front of the house. The flat is freshly furnished. The many green tiles are accompanied by furnishings of the same colour.
The house accommodates 3 persons with its double bedroom and single bedroom. Possibility of a cot for children. Ideal for excursions in the city, cycle-tourism, or as a base for trips to the Dolomites, Nevegal, and Cadore. Also ideal for medium-long stays or for work (freelancers, freelancers, etc.)

It's almost time for your stay in [apartment] in Treviso
Please take a look at the following simple rules and tips for "using" the apartment.
a) when you arrive in Via Santa Bona Vecchia 141a in Treviso you will see a wooden house and a wooden gate.
b) if I'm not already there, give me a call.
c) you can keep your car in the square near the gate on the left or park it inside, hugging the stone wall.
d) Remember to empty the refrigerator and take out all the garbage. Dirty refrigerators and supplementary cleaning will be charged to the guest
e) cot and other things are in the closet by the black iron doors outside the house
f) please remember to put off the external lights in the evening.
g) advice: do the washing machine at night with a delayed start. It consumes less!
h) you may see the gardener doing the lawn. Don't panic!
i) stay on the lawn in front of the cottage. The rest of the garden belongs to another property and it is forbidden to wander around the garden.
f) dogs and other animals cannot enter the bedrooms. Any traces or fur will be a reason for an extra cleaning cost. Similarly large quantities of hair found in the house will be a source of extra cost.
f_1) the reservation is for the agreed number of persons. Events and additional guests are not permitted unless otherwise agreed and at extra cost. The caretaker and people living at the building will inform of guests in supernumerary.
